You might think someone with 20 years of food industry experience, who is SQF and HACCP certified, has seen just about everything. While both are true of Chris Savage, senior regional sales manager, Northeast, Best Sanitizers, Inc., he would tell you he’s still learning, and when it comes to food safety, that might be his greatest asset.
Savage has utilized divergent thinking, creative problem solving and collaboration to expand his knowledge and craft a systematic approach to food safety. His philosophy is simple: Listen. Evaluate. Diagnose. Implement. Whether the emphasis is surface sanitation, hand hygiene or any number of applications, Savage uses this method to create food safety programs with effective solutions while efficiently addressing the unique concerns at hand.
While each step is necessary, the first is especially crucial: Savage’s customer-focused perspective was acquired at the onset of his career and has helped him earn an exceptional reputation among his peers as a passionate, seasoned food safety expert.
