The Partnership for Food Safety Education (PFSE) wants to showcase the work of "BAC Fighters" – people who teach others about safe food handling – to paint the picture of progress in consumer food safety education.

Sharing stories of food safety outreach efforts to help others avoid the risk of foodborne illness can inspire others to "up" their food safety game.
