WASHINGTON, D.C. – The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Alliance to STOP Foodborne Illness are hosting a multi-part webinar series focused on advancing food safety culture. The latest webinar episode titled: "Measure the Power of Declared Values" will be hosted Wednesday, Dec. 17, at noon (ET).
Guest speakers — Greg Pritchard, from Nestlé, and Jon Cowell from Maola — will share examples of how metrics should reinforce food safety values, said the FDA. The session will offer real-world case studies and opportunities for direct engagement, including an extended Q&A.
The webinar is free and open to the public. Registration is welcomed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
