CHICAGO, Ill. — Recent graduates in food safety in North America are encouraged to apply for the Dave Theno Food Safety Fellowship for 2024-2025, sponsored by Michigan State University (MSU) and STOP Foodborne Illness.
The recipient will work 35 hours a week in the Stop Foodborne Illness offices, based in Chicago, Ill., from Aug. 15, 2024, to Aug. 11, 2025, with a salary of $31,000.
Work will focus mainly on a designated research project in conjunction with MSU Online Food Safety program, while also participating in other activities that support learning and experience in food safety.
