During the conference on Wednesday, April 18 at 3:30 - 4:00 p.m., Mr. John Petie, Food Safety Program Manager, TÜV SÜD America, will present "Verification and Validation (V&V)." The 30-minute workshop presentation will cover the difference between verification and validation activities, along with providing specific examples on how to use V&V techniques within the context of Global Food Safety Initiative programs.
