Simply moisten the test strip with the buffer provided and wipe the surface in question with the test strip. Add a drop of the second fluid to the test strip and set aside for 20 minutes. Next, add a drop of the third fluid and look for a color change. If the area tested has bacterial contamination present, a purple coloration will appear on the test strip. The MoniTek kit supplies enough material to conduct 50 tests.
