MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — The International Dairy Foods Association and Ever.Ag announced that Emily Darchuk, founder and CEO of Wheyward Spirit, will be the keynote speaker at DairyTech 2023, scheduled for May 17-18 in Minneapolis.
Darchuk will share her journey from consumer packaged goods (CPG) product developer to entrepreneur in bringing to market her company, Wheyward Spirit, which upcycles whey waste into a specialty spirit.
