WASHINGTON — USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service has released its latest Constituent Update.
The most recent release includes the agency’s latest E. coli O157:H7 reports, through Oct. 12. It also announces that the comment period to discuss animal raising claims is now open and details changes in the leadership at FSIS.
