PEABODY, Mass. - TUV SUD America is offering "Understanding Requirements - BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 6" on Nov. 28-29 at its corporate headquarters in Peabody, Mass., the company announced.
The official BRC two-day course covers the detailed requirements for all implementers and auditors of the GFSI-approved BRC Standard, including the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), background and development of the BRC Global Standard Version 6, review of the Standards Requirements, and more.
The training course will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 28-29. Cost to attend the two-day session $620.
