In the food industry, quality assurance can take many forms and involve many folks. At Ben & Jerry’s, flavor QA is under the supervision of Primal Ice Cream Therapist Peter Lind. In fact, in a Ben & Jerry’s interview, Lind says it took 200 tries before Wavy Gravy’s flavor right. Although the flavor was a fan favorite, it’s been replaced with newer flavors, such as Boom Chocolatta and Save Our Swirled

Join in QA's 2014 visit to Ben & Jerry’s to learn more about the company's “lots of big chunks” quality -- and its flavor graveyard.
