HOLMDEL, N.J. — Sparta Systems announced the commencement of its seventh annual user conference, TrackWise Connection 2008, at the Loews Coronado Hotel in San Diego.
The event brings together global leaders in food and beverage and other industries to spotlight key issues facing the quality management and compliance marketplace, and share best practices for achieving excellence in the ever-expanding global marketplace.
2008 has marked a seminal year in the shaping of the quality management marketplace, with many global enterprises and business units experiencing quality issues resulting from deviations and noncompliance. To address these and other issues affecting the global marketplace, the TrackWise user conference convenes product specialists, industry experts, TrackWise end users and business partners for an open forum to share best practices, customer implementation success stories and industry achievements that continue to drive innovation in the global quality management market.
In addition to the conference sessions, the winner of Sparta Systems’ second annual innovation award, chosen from a group of outstanding submissions, will be announced at the gala celebration Oct. 16. The award recognizes companies that have realized significant business benefits from the deployment of an innovative TrackWise implementation to solve a specific business challenge.
This year’s event marks the first-ever conference to feature the newly developed TrackWise User Group, which has gathered more than 400 members since its inception in 2008. The user group provides a dynamic knowledge community for forward-thinking professionals to lead the industry and share their enterprise quality management experiences.
“Quality management continues to move to the forefront of global organizations’ business priorities, a fact that has become all the more evident in 2008,” said James E. McGowan, president and CEO, Sparta Systems. “TrackWise Connection 2008 provides a forum for our valued user community, comprised of some of the most innovative, forward-thinking individuals in their respective industries, to establish relationships with experts in software and quality systems at Sparta and in the field. The knowledge gained and shared here will enable these organizations to continue to drive excellence and facilitate leadership in their various respective industries.”
