Snap Alert by Heddel is a snap trap audible alert system. It is a battery-operated device (AAA batteries included) which attaches to most wooden and plastic snap traps and can be reused or discarded after use. Snap Alert emits a one second chime of 80 db every 60 seconds for up to 30 days after a trap has been triggered. It provides immediate notification so that a catch does not lay undiscovered. The trap eliminates the need to constantly check traps in lower traffic areas such as basements, attics, drop ceilings, and garages, the company reports.
