SAN ANTONIO — Food Safety Net Services has hired Sherri Jenkins as its new director of auditing and consulting services. Jenkins joins FSNS, which provides laboratory and consulting services to the food industry, after 11 years with Swift and Company, where most recently she held the position of director of food safety, technology and validation. She received her bachelor’s degree in equine science and her master’s degree in animal science with an emphasis in microbiology and meat science from Colorado State University.
