Sentry Products Introduces New Rack Sentry Cutout

Sentry Products’ Rack Sentry Cutout is now available in 4-inch (100 millimeter) widths, making it possible to protect both the uprights and low horizontal beams of commonly used pallet racking systems.  

Sentry Protection Products, inventors of impact-absorbing molded products for forklift collision protection, created Rack Sentry Cutout in response to numerous requests from industrial plant managers, warehouse managers and workplace safety managers around the globe.  

Rack Sentry Cutout is the only rack protection system available on the market designed to span low beams, the company said. Rack Sentry protects the rack and the beam attachment.

According to the company, the new Rack Sentry Cutout features:

• A design to flex and absorb impact of collisions, then resuming original shape
• 6-inch (152 millimeter) cutaways to accommodate horizontal beams of pallet rack systems
• Tool-free installation in seconds using straps with hook and loop attachments
• Direct attachment to rack uprights, preventing the collision damage to floors that otherwise result with floor-attached steel protectors
