WASHINGTON, D.C. - The folks over at fdaimports.com have drawn up an infographic hypothesizing how Santa Claus and the North Pole would be affected by new regulations under the Food Safety Modernization Act.
The infographic pokes fun at new regulations -- "Will (Santa) find his login information in order to renew online at the FDA's website in time? If he doesn't, then his registration can be suspended."

Editor's Note: The infographic says the Food Facility Registration Deadline is Dec. 31, 2012. Since the time the infographic was originally published, the deadline was pushed back to Jan. 31, 2013 by the FDA.
