The 2017 Food Safety & Quality Operations Survey was conducted by SafetyChain Software and The Acheson Group to assess the top challenges faced by food safety and quality teams, and gain insight into the tactics being used to overcome these challenges.
The report highlights key findings from the survey, which included responses from roughly 400 participants from primarily large companies in the U.S. and Canada involved in the production, manufacture, and movement of human food. Survey questions probed FSMA preparedness, GFSI program management, and each respondent’s confidence in supplier compliance, audit preparedness, and performance of operations at their company.
