Millet Tots are the company’s version of tater tots, made with an organic, ancient whole grain. The small, crispy bites are gluten free, vegan, non-GMO and soy-free. Specializing in plant-based foods, RollinGreens aim is to craft frozen-food American classics with a Boulder twist.
“We are proud to be a finalist in the 2017 Nexty Awards. To see our innovation recognized among this elite group of brands is an honor for us,” said RollinGreens Co-Founder and CEO Lindsey Cunningham.
Millet Tots are available in three flavors at retailers throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
RollinGreens was founded in 1980 by the Cunningham family, and served as Boulder’s first organic and local food truck and catering service, the company said. In 2011, the company was reborn by the youngest Cunningham son Ryan and his wife Lindsey. Encouraged by their success, in 2015 the Cunningham's wanted to reach more consumers, so they retired the food truck, packed up their recipe book, and launched their first item, Millet Tots.
