Catalyst, LLC, a food safety consulting group, opened registration for its fall Level 1 Technical Leader Bootcamp, a 14-week coaching-based leadership development program the company says is “designed for technical people in food by technical people in food.” The bootcamp begins Tuesday, Sept. 12.
The program features self-paced online modules and weekly group coaching via Zoom each Tuesday at 10 a.m. CST/11 a.m. EST. It aims to develop technical leaders in food safety and quality roles to improve their businesses and drive food safety culture.
“One thing our clients enjoy about Catalyst's coaching-based programs is that they are comprehensive, practical and relatable,” said Catalyst co-founder Tia Glave. “One bootcamper voiced that they found themselves in two leadership development programs, and they loved Bootcamp because it was directly related to the work and type of leadership they were experiencing as a FSQ leader. They said, ‘You are my people!’”
