ROBESONIA, Pa.– Reading Thermal, a leader in engineering and consulting for thermal process equipment and commercial processing ovens, unveiled its newly redesigned corporate website today as part of the company’s ongoing effort to showcase its industry-leading lines of brand products and better meet customers’ information needs.
According to Richard Starke, Director, Reading Thermal, the redesign accomplishes several key goals: to more effectively showcase the portfolio of products and services that Reading Thermal offers; to make important information about Reading Thermal, its people and its history available in one convenient location; and to provide an overall structure to guide end-users to solutions that fit their needs.
“We wanted to make it easier for the user to quickly locate key information about specific products and support services in as few steps as possible,” said Starke. “Our goal was to provide a clear, intuitive way to make that progression.”
In addition, the new website will enable Reading Thermal representatives to enhance their sales capabilities. “By providing important information about the value of the product, the new website will also serve as a tool to help support and align our sales people’s efforts with the overall Reading Thermal product line and sales strategy,” said Starke.
Reading Thermal manufactures the SCORPION® 2 Data Logging Measurement System which has become a standard in oven profiling providing a complete measurement system to capture the four key baking parameters: 1) Temperature (air, band and product core), 2) Airflow, 3) Energy Transfer and 4) Humidity. Reading Thermal also offers the Scorpion Profiling Service to help customers solve a range of baking, drying, and cooling problems, and the Oven Safety Inspection Program to help customers ensure their systems and processes are in compliance with OSHA regulations.
