Over the next several months, D.L. Newslow & Associates is offering a series of workshops on GFSI, auditing and HACCP, including:
- January 24 – 26, 2011: GFSI Food Safety Guidelines including ISO 22000, PAS 220, SQF, and BRC: Understanding, implementation, and maintenance of the food safety management standards, including how these apply to your specific industry. Agenda focuses on the needs and interests of the attendees, providing a sound understanding for a strong foundation in food safety and prerequisite programs. Presented in association with Quest Analytical, Inc.
- January 27– 28, 2011: Internal Auditor Training: Includes the basic fundamentals of auditing including ISO, Food Safety, Prerequisite Programs, HACCP, and other specific programs that focus on the interests and needs of our attendees.
- February 28 – March 2, 2011: HACCP Plan Development: Learn the principles of HACCP and its realistic application to specific industries. Workshop is approved by International HACCP Alliance. Agenda is designed based on the attendees’ operations.
- March 2 – 4, 2011: Advanced HACCP: “Validation and Verification” – Excellent forum focusing on the maintenance of an effective HACCP Program. Workshop is approved by International HACCP Alliance.
- Fall/Winter: Food Manager Certification (1 day) /HACCP Manager Certification (2 days)/Root Cause Analysis - APLOMET, Applied Logical Method (3 days) Advanced Sensory Analysis (4 days)
