Anderson International Foods, Inc., makers of specialty kosher cheeses, has acquired Sugar River Cheese Co., a leading brand of uniquely flavored kosher cheeses from the Dairies of Southwest Wisconsin. The addition of Sugar River Cheese Co. cheeses, which joins brands including Natural & Kosher,™ Les Petites Fermieres,™ Organic & Kosher,™ and recently launched Pure & Kosher,™ is a strategic acquisition and part of the company’s pledge to provide innovative kosher products to the consumer. These specialty kosher cheeses, which include award-winning flavors such as Monterey Jack with roasted garlic and basil, will continue to be sold under the Sugar River Cheese Co. brand.
