Detectapro is now offering two styles of metal detectable safety knives to support a company’s efforts to reduce foreign objects contamination. Both of these products have been ergonomically designed to require the least amount of effort to cut or open boxes, bags and to cut film off pallets. The styles are:
- SWAN – The Swan is specifically designed to cut multi layer paper, plastic bags and sacks. Its patented opposed slopes at the back of the blade reduces friction resistance which enables a smooth and more effective cut.
- FISH – The Fish is a standard safety utility knife with stainless steel blades. It features patented opposed exits at the back of the blade and a spring loaded retractable hook blade that is excellent for cutting straps.
