The Global Food Safety Conference, hosted by Consumer Goods Forum, an important event within food safety globally, will be held in Orlando, Florida, Feb. 15-17.

The Global Food Safety Conference, hosted by Consumer Goods Forum, an important event within food safety globally, will be held in Orlando, Florida, Feb. 15-17.

This year’s theme: “Advancing Global Food Safety through Collaboration” will showcase the importance of each and every stakeholder along the supply chain – from farm to fork – and how safer food can be delivered to customers worldwide, through collaboration.

The program features food industry executives from around the world, such as Frank Yiannas, Wal-Mart Stores’ Vice President Food Safety and Danone’s Corporate Quality General Manager, Yves Rey, as well as some of the world’s most influential organizations. ISO, FAO, UNIDO, WHO, FMI, GMA, ACTA will count among the international and local organizations represented on the program, along with the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration).
