Celebrating its sixth consecutive year the acclaimed Safe Food Canada symposium will be held on February 26, 2015.
This year's line-up promises to build on the high standard of excellence in information sharing and networking. Topics will include food fraud, Safe Food for Canadians Act and global supply chain risk.
As well, the winners of the NSF-GFTC Food Safety Recognition Awards will be announced.
