GUELPH, Canada - Two upcoming courses from the Guelph Food Technology Centre (NSF-GFTC) will focus on milk processing and dairy technology, and product development, the organization announced.
The first course, Dairy Industry: Milk Processing and Dairy Technology, to be held April 24, 2013, will focus on understanding the principles and practices involved in the production, processing and marketing of fluid milk.
