TURLOCK, Calif. — Nelson-Jameson recently completed construction of a new 32,700 square foot facility in Turlock, Calif.
Due to continued growth and the need for additional warehousing space, the company built a new office building and connecting 27,000 square foot warehouse.
The open floor plan takes advantage of natural lighting and offers an ergonomic design for maximum employee productivity. Occupancy sensors in both the office building and warehouse will add to the building’s energy efficiency. The new facility will also house a state-of-the-art training room complete with SMART interactive whiteboard.
Western operations moved from the 3110 Commerce Way location into the new facility at 3004 Humphrey Ct. on March 20 with 16 office, warehouse and sales staff. Ground breaking of the project began in April 2008 with a building dedication scheduled for April 27, 2009.
