KANSAS CITY, Mo. — German company Multivac will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a gala Oktoberfest event at its North American headquarters in Kansas City, Mo.
In addition, customers are invited to participate in the Multivac Anniversary Golf tournament at nearby Staley Farms Golf Club. The festivities will take place Sept. 27-28.
“The twenty-year milestone is a perfect opportunity to take stock of our accomplishments as an organization,” says Jan Erik Kuhlmann, the company’s president and CEO. “Multivac has enjoyed tremendous success over the past two decades, emerging as the clear leader in our industry segment. We achieved this in collaboration with our suppliers and partners, and most importantly our great customers. The Multivac Anniversary Golf tournament will be held Thursday, Sept. 27, followed by a traditional Bavarian dinner on the Multivac grounds. Friday, Sept. 28 will begin with facility tours and a keynote address by former Wal-Mart vice president Ken Parnell, followed by an authentic Oktoberfest with live music.
