PITTSBURGH, Pa. - Microbac Laboratories announced it will host a short course, Investigations and Control of Microorganisms in Foods and Food Processing Environments, from Oct. 16-17.
The course will feature expertise of distinguished professionals Brad Stawick, Microbac's corporate director of microbiology, and Jeffery Kornacki, Ph.D. of Kornacki Microbiology Solutions.
The two-day event will be held at the Regional Learning Alliance of Cranberry Woods in Cranberry Township, Pa. It will include a series of presentations on topics that impact the food industry, Microbac said.
