OAK BROOK, Ill. — McCloud Services’ Pest Invasion Food Safety Seminar is a two-day, education-focused event designed for key stakeholders and professionals from the entire food supply chain including processors, distributors, packagers, importers and exporters, food service and other food industry professionals. Each year featured experts provide insight on the critical issues and trends related to pest management and food safety.
Pest Invasion serves as an annual platform to exchange ideas surrounding the impact of pests and new trends and updates as it relates to pest management and food safety. This year’s seminar will focus on the pest management partnership and food safety covering topics such as building and equipment design, sanitation, inventory management, documentation, common pests in food plants and investigating the source of a pest problem.
