ZILLAH, Wash. — On Sept, 30, U.S. Marshalls seized all the food from the Dominiguez Foods of Washington in Zillah.
The Food and Drug Administration says investigators found rodents, insects and their dropping in the facility.
An FDA spokesperson in Maryland says the facility was in blatant violation of federal health codes.
The FDA put a 40 day hold on the food it seized.
Dominiquez representatives says they plan on cleaning up the mess and asking for a new review of the storage facility.
