International Dairy Show Set for November in Chicago

The 2013 show has moved venues and boasts improvements, organizers say.

CHICAGO - The International Dairy Show will be held in Chicago, Nov. 3-6, organizers announced.

Organizers named the top five reasons for attending:

1.        The show has moved venues. Chicago is a proven and highly rated destination and easily assessable to both domestic and international visitors.

2.        Bigger, better and more business opportunities. The co-location with FPSA’s PROCESS EXPO means more attendees to network with (15,000) and more suppliers to visit (800).

3.        Staff members from engineering, R&D, quality control, sales and marketing, and operations will enjoy even more unique exhibit hall pavilions including Ingredients, Seasonings & Flavorings; Sustainability; Innovation Showcase; Food Safety & Traceability; and Distribution & Transportation.

4.        Enhanced programming and new on-floor promotions allow operations, research, and sales and marketing teams to learn new trends, cost-cutting innovations, and ways to deliver more value to customers.

5.        New dates and a biennial format—November 3-6, 2013 allow both attendees and exhibitors to increase their investment in the show as well as avoid conflicts with other scheduled travel.
