TOLEDO, Ohio — Impact Products has purchased Layflat Products, located in Shreveport, La.
Layflat is a 72-year-old manufacturing company specializing in mops, handles and microfiber products.
Impact Products manufactures and supplies floorcare, clean-up, washroom, dispensing, personal protection/safety and other products for the sanitary maintenance, safety and foodservice markets.
Founded in 1963, the 45-year-old Toledo, Ohio-based company markets its products in the United States, Canada, Mexico and in more than 40 countries around the world.
