HOLMDEL, N.J. — IFS, a global enterprise applications company, announced it has signed an agreement to purchase WorkWave.
WorkWave is a leading provider of highly scalable, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the field service and last mile delivery and logistics industries, including pest control industry.
Commenting on the acquisition, Fredrik vom Hofe, group senior vice president for business development at IFS, said, “This acquisition is further evidence of how IFS is investing to extend its global leadership in Service Management.
