IDFA Issues Call for Presentations for 2015 International Dairy Show

The International Dairy Foods Association invites dairy, food and beverage industry professionals and interested academics to submit recommendations for speakers and educational presentations at the 2015 International Dairy Show. The show will be held September 15-18, 2015, at McCormick Place in Chicago.

Abstracts (100 to 150 words) for a current presentation of interest to the dairy industry should be submitted online by January 30, 2015. Topics that align with today’s important issues include innovative product development or packaging, food safety and traceability, distribution and transportation, nutrition, consumer trends, marketing, retail, business management and sustainability. 

“Our goal is to provide educational sessions that will offer innovative business ideas and solutions spanning the entire manufacturing process,” said Robin Cornelison, trade show director for IDFA. “We encourage qualified presenters to submit topics that will allow us to provide a robust and wide-ranging educational program, as well as a variety of on-floor speakers and demonstrations during all four days of the Dairy Show.”

The International Dairy Show, co-located with FPSA’s PROCESS EXPO and InterBev Process, is expected to attract more than 1,000 total exhibitors who will display the newest technologies in equipment, packaging, ingredients and services for processors of dairy foods and beverages. Industry professionals will attend the International Dairy Show to find solutions that cover all aspects of manufacturing – from receiving and blending to processing and packaging to material handling and distribution.
