Business Review Webinars will host a free, one-hour webinar, "Improving everyday life with new highly transparent materials for peelable food packaging," sponsored by Borealis.
The webinar will be on Oct. 9, and will feature speakers Jeroen Frederix, application marketing manager for cast film, and Katrien Eggermont, application marketing manager for consumer packaging, both with Borealis.
"Approximately 30 percent of the world's food production is lost or wasted every year," according to the company. "A large share of those losses occurs between 'farm to fork' and results from a combination of poor food packaging storage, transportation conditions and logistics. Borealis strives to tackle those challenges with high performing convenience packaging solutions that are safe, economically efficient and sustainable.
