Hemco now offers its Vented Safety Enclosure (VSE) in 24-, 36- and 48-inch widths to accommodate an analytical balance and other small-scale lab processes. The enclosure is constructed of chemical-resistant metal framing and 1/4-inch-thick clear acrylic side panels and viewing sash.
Enabling efficient air flow design with airfoil and by pass, the VSE directs contaminates to baffled exhaust providing superior air flow and containment performance for user protection, the company said.
The viewing sash is angled 15 degrees for ease of viewing comfort with and eight-inch reach in opening height. The sash swings up to provide 20 inches of access opening; two service ports are located in lower right and left rear wall; and the ergonomic design provides added user comfort.
