SAN ANTONIO — Food Safety Net Services (FSNS) announces its newly expanded chemistry testing capabilities.
In addition to its current chemical analyses, FSNS has expanded its capabilities to include full nutritional labeling, all fat and water soluble vitamins, preservatives and antioxidants, fatty and organic acid profiles, saturated and trans fat, poly- and mono- unsaturated fat and cholesterol.
In addition to its chemistry testing, FSNS continues to provide full service microbiological analyses, auditing and consulting services, and education and research services.
