MANHATTAN, KS – Food Protection Alliance gathered for their 3rd Annual QA Boot Camp at Kansas State’s International Grain Programs facility. FPA attendee's included staff entomologists, technical directors, quality specialists and management staff in addition to our guest speakers from some of the Top 100 Food companies. Through this two day training, the group heard from experts across the foodiIndustry to speak and share their knowledge on Insects, Allergens, FSMA, and Assessments to name a few topics. This annual training is held to ensure uniformity and consistency when servicing our National Accounts throughout North America.
