SAN ANTONIO — Food Safety Net Services recently announced several staff changes.
Dr. Wendy Warren-Serna was promoted to vice president of technical services. Warren-Serna joined FSNS in 2001 as the research manager and recently held the title of director of technical services before being promoted to vice president.
Ray Collins was recently named laboratory manager for the companies Dallas-Fort Worth facility. Collins joined FSNS in 2005 as the assistant lab manager in San Antonio. He was promoted to laboratory manager in 2006 and held that position until accepting the role as the Dallas-Fort Worth laboratory manager.
Dustin Morgenroth joined FSNS as the laboratory manager in San Antonio in November. Morgenroth brings ten years of food industry experience to his new role as lab manager.
Also in November, Karen Watkins was named audit specialist. Watkins has an extensive background in the meat industry.
