A learning and networking experience at the Riverway Auditorium, September 21-22, 2016
Each year DNV GL hosts a Food Safety Symposium, providing attendees with information on current and emerging food supply chain safety and quality issues, the latest thinking, innovative solutions to new and recurring issues and the opportunity to network with other food and beverage executives from around the US. It is designed to be a learning and networking experience.
Our 2016 event will feature a world class lineup of food industry speakers tailoring their presentations and discussion on implementation techniques for FSMA. You’ve heard the FSMA rules are now in place and there are deadlines to meet – so what’s the next step? The speakers will provide tips and stories of their own experiences, as well as the GFSI global scheme owners BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, and SQF presenting what their schemes are doing to ensure alignment with the new requirements. You'll hear firsthand how they address compliance, certification, quality and food safety. Most importantly, you'll have plenty of time to ask questions and even follow up during social hours.
The event is held in Rosemont, IL, centrally located near Chicago O’Hare airpoprt for convenient travel from anywhere in the country.
