Fluke Corporation Acquires Hawk IR International

EVERETT, Wash. -  Fluke Corporation has acquired Hawk IR International Ltd. of North Yorkshire, U.K.

Hawk IR will continue to operate as Hawk IR International under the Fluke Electronics Industrial Division and will continue to service its customers and partners globally.

The acquisition represents a significant global opportunity for Hawk IR International.  Under Fluke ownership, Hawk IR will have access to resources, business systems and channels to market that will expand its ability to deliver products that improve the safety and efficiency of thermal imaging.
