DENVER - A government report on the listeria outbreak will be released later this week, according to the Food and Drug Administration.
While the FDA isn't talking about the report, a lead attorney who is representing victims said the listeria came from within the packaging facility at Jensen Farms in Holly.
"What we do know, they have seen nearly a dozen positive tests that have come from the packaging facility," said attorney Bill Marler. Marler said the information comes from contacts familiar with the investigation.
Nearly a month ago, the FDA announced samples taken from equipment and a cantaloupe at the packing facility tested positive.
