WINCHESTER, UK — Exosect announced Ireland as its most recent regulatory approval for Exosex SPTab.
The unique pheromone-based product, which helps food processors to control stored product moth infestations while reducing or cutting out insecticide sprays, will be available in Ireland exclusively through Barrettine Environmental Health. This registration follows a string of approvals throughout Europe after its successful launch in the UK last year.
Chris Parmiter, divisional director at Barrettine said, “This is excellent news for the food manufacturing industry. Since the launch of Exosex SPTab last year, we have already doubled our projected sales in the UK and are looking forward to officially launching the product in the Irish Market in 2011.”
Exosex SPTab is currently available in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and Ireland. Full information on current distributors in these markets can be found at Exosect’s website, Exosex SPTab Distributors
