Early Registration for the IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo Ends Today

The IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo takes place June 28 through July 1 in New Orleans.

The conference offers several presentations on food safety, including two related Short Courses on the subject matter, held Friday, June 27 and Saturday, June 28, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside:

Keynoting this year’s conference is Tom Kelley, a best-selling author and general manager of IDEO, the design and development firm that designed such cutting-edge products as the Apple mouse and the Palm V.
