Eagle Product Inspection
Eagle Product Inspection, a company specializing in x-ray inspection technology, announced the launch of its latest solution for the poultry processing industry, MAXIMIZER RMI.
Hygienically constructed with a commitment to enhancing bone detection and reducing labor related to product rejects, this solution is designed to maximize product throughput and profitability while ensuring safety standards are met, Eagle Product Inspection reports.
The MAXIMIZER integrates with the Eagle RMI 400 x-ray machine, equipped with Eagle’s image analysis software, SimulTask PRO, and enhanced dual energy detector, PXT, to provide bone and metal detection.
The MAXIMIZER RMI’s dual lanes run up to 120 pieces per lane per minute. MAXIMIZER RMI was built to disassemble and assemble for quick and easy sanitation, Eagle Product Inspection reports.
Christy Draus, head of marketing at Eagle Product Inspection, said, “Our commitment to driving innovation in the food inspection industry has led us to develop MAXIMIZER RMI. This advanced solution for raw material inspection not only increases productivity but also ensures the best quality inspection for poultry processors. We are confident that our latest technology will be a game-changer for poultry processors, enabling them to meet their customers’ growing demands, while at the same time helping them to increase production efficiencies.”
Live demonstrations of MAXIMIZER RMI will be held at Eagle’s booth (N-10813) at PACK EXPO Las Vegas in September.
