The fourth Dubai International Food Safety Conference will be held in Dubai Feb. 24-26, with a goal to enhance food safety standards in the Middle East and to harmonize global food safety standards.
The event will be held at the Dubai Convention and Exhibition Centre alongside Gulfood Exhibition, the region's biggest food event.
Researchers, research groups, students and food safety experts are invited and encouraged to present their work in the poster sessions at the Dubai International Food Safety Conference. Proposals for poster sessions can be submitted through our website
