Dow Microbial Control released new field study findings that further validate their AOS Certified ozone-based sanitation technology for pathogen control in food processing facilities.
AOS Certified Whole Room Sanitization (WRS) creates ozone vapor on demand using water and air and fills a room completely with a non-condensing ozone humidity. The powerful sanitization qualities of ozone make the system capable of infiltrating difficult to reach areas of a facility, such as drains and hidden areas of equipment and provide food manufacturers with an extra layer of protection against pathogens.
The system was released one year ago at IAFP 2013.
