The large 2-sided tag measures 12 inches long by 3 1/8 inches wide with a large 2 inch x 3 inch keyhole for easy and secure attachment. Front side has areas for: Date / Time / Item # / Temperature / Description / Use By: / Date Frozen / Lot No. and Quantity. It also features color coded boxes for Soy / Wheat / Dairy / Eggs / Nuts. The reverse side has 7 lines with Date / Time and Temperature information.

This tag assists food processors in their pursuit of reducing cross contamination between lines and helps in the elimination of waste while working with date/time sensitive products.

The company also offers Yellow - 'Work In Progress Tag" measuring 11" long by 1 3/4" wide. This tag has preprinted areas indicating; Material / Quantity / Use By and ID Code.
