Detectamet’s latest product is a multi-purpose stainless steel dispenser for the distribution of detectable personal protective products. It can be free standing on a stainless steel stand, or wall mounted at an appropriate point wherever staff need to collect protective materials before starting their work in the food or pharmaceutical processing industries.
The sturdy stainless steel construction permits easy and efficient cleaning and draining, and the sloping lift-up-lid discourages contaminants gathering on the top and protects the contents. A vertical slot in the front face lets the responsible person see when the dispenser needs refilling.
The cabinet has a volume that allows it to hold at least 600 packs of Detectamet’s disposable or flanged ear plugs, 600 shoe covers, or snoods. It can take approximately 700 hairnets, or 200 premium mob caps or sleeve covers so it is easy to refill. If required the lids can be laser etched to carry the identity of the contents.
The multi-purpose dispenser is 274mm wide x 236mm deep and the back height is 344mm sloping down to 289mm at the front. The units are compact so that a set of three can be wall mounted onto a 1 metre length of wall space. The back is pre-drilled with two keyhole shaped points so that the dispenser can be slotted onto a pair of pre-fitted screws and then the top pair of screws can be easily fitted through the pre-drilled round holes into the wall to secure the cabinet firmly.
