WAYNE, PA – Deacom, Inc. announces that the company has added Matt Caldwell as a Senior Sales Engineer to the Deacom sales team. A specialty provider of manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Deacom helps mid-to-large sized food and beverage manufacturers simplify their business processes.
Caldwell comes from Bentley Systems of Exton, PA, where he was most recently in charge of hiring and training new sales staff as well as developing and executing strategic sales campaigns. As a result of his leadership, Caldwell's team generated over $25 million in revenue for the company annually.
At Deacom, Caldwell will assume responsibility for managing prospect accounts, from business development through presentation and close. His responsibilities include sales consultation on all aspects of the DEACOM Integrated Accounting and ERP Software System, including production, purchasing, sales order entry, ERP inventory control software, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), accounting and financials, and reporting functionality.
Caldwell graduated cum laude and received his B.S. in Engineering Management from Miami University in Oxford, OH. He is the third salesperson to join Deacom in three months; his hiring follows Ted Roberts as Senior Sales Engineer and Amanda Mackedanz as Senior Product Consultant.
